Having them of your own would be impressive, but carrying bulky stuffs for other travel would be hectic as well. Meanwhile, they are also available for rent - be it in Kathmandu or Pokhara. That's easy obtaining them anyway.

You'll Forget Annapurna Base Camp Trek Difficulty with our Team

Travelling in the high elevation you will definitely face Annapurna Base Camp Trek Difficulty as health is never certain. It is always something wise to stay preventive not letting health spoil your entire trek. Stomach trouble is common issue that trekkers face during the trek. The best way to stay out of it is regarding all the running water contaminated at every point. The boiling point is low enough to kill all the germs in such cold regions. It might not be possible to have few minutes of boiled water all the time. Chlorine based tablets may not be effective against amoebas and giardia. Iodine tablets or liquids would be the safest means at any time. There might be fluctuations over taste, which the trekker can modify adding juice powders. If you are travelling with women, senior citizen or children, it is always appropriate not to get too high at any time. After all, Our team will guide the difficulties that you might face while trekking in Annapurna Base Camp Trek and certainly requires equal care which should not be ignored as well.

There may be following difficulties while trekking in Annapurna Base Camp during trekking:
Lots of leeches in monsoon and snow block in winter
Many up and down hills that make us difficult to walk
Narrow slippery gorges road
Danger of landslides and avalanches
High altitude sickness

Carry some Stuffs in Annapurna Base Camp Height

You should keep/carry some stuffs while trekking to Annapurna Base Camp Height as Knee strain is pretty common during downhill trek. On knowing that you have weaker knees, it is always wise to ensure that they are well bandaged. Good supportive boots are important to minimize knee strain issue. Having good pair of sunglasses can take you away from snow blindness. Headache, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, swelling of hands and feets are general symptom of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Annapurna trek might surround anyone from AMS at any time. Golden rule to avoid AMS is not getting too high too fast. On an average, daily elevation gain should not be more than 500 m once above 3000 m. Trekkers who fly directly to high lands should be careful enough for proper acclimatization. Drinking sufficient amount of liquid can be helpful as well. Acetazolamide, also known as Diamox has been said that it improves respiration at altitude which can accelerate acclimatization. There are doctors who also suggest something similar to have adequate dose beforehand. However, Himalayan Rescue Association does not refer the use of Diamox for trekkers considering the side effects which includes numbness and tingling sensations.

What might scare initiating trekking plan is the political situation of Nepal. But, it has to be understood that Nepal had never been unsafe for tourists at any time. No any harms, as an outcome of political consequence has ever been recorded in Nepalese history at any time. Thereby, Nepalese leaders had always been prioritizing tourism in Nepal.
